ThingsWing is a software cloud services platform that providing Industrial Secure Remote Access Services. Based on the zero trust model, ThingsWing RAS enables users instantly and securely connect to Elastel gateway and its LAN devices (PLCs, VDF, IP Cameras, IPCs, HMIs, RTUs, etc.) from anywhere anytime for remote management.

You may need install the ThingsWing connector on your Elastel gateway first before register it on platform.

1. Check the ThingsWing connector version and its status (Running/Stop) on Elastel gateway
2. Get the SN and Auth Code of your Elastel gateway, SN and AuthCode is the unique ID and authentication for register this gateway on ThingsWing platform
3. Stop or Restart operation the ThingsWing connector
4. Disable/Enable the ThingsWing remote access service
5. The ThingsWing platform access URL (https://console.thingswing.com/)
